"Construyendo Pintá mi Mundo" is from El Palenque, José C. Paz, Buenos Aires. Eliana and Carlos are two tenacious carpenters who have been working with wood for the last 15 years. During the 2020 pandemic, they received support in the form of different tools and materials to help them develop a stable business and open to a worldwide public.
- Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipments do not occur on weekends nor holidays. Any delays due to high volume of orders will be informed within the 2 business days to the customer via registered email or cellphone.
- Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once order is processed, customer will receive Shipment Tracking Number via registered email or cellphone.
- Customs, duties and taxes
Hand Matters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Hand Matters is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
