Leather purse handmade in a tannery in San Antonio de Areco in Buenos Aires, by a Peruvian leather craftsman. The tannery selects leather that meets the highest standards in quality and whose production processes comply with the strictest environmental norms. All processes and materials aim to support the planet and invite us to shop responsibly.

Gute was developed by Luli, an environmental engineer, and Guille, a former collaborator for the UN’s Human Resources Department. They partnered with a tannery in San Antonio de Areco, in Buenos Aires Province, selecting leather that meets the highest standards in quality and whose production processes comply with the strictest environmental norms. The tannery is a local business that employs around 130 families in the area. The production of the pieces is under the supervision of a skilled leather craftsman, a Peruvian immigrant who has been developing his skill all his life. The business is devoted, day and night, to perfecting the value chain of leather goods.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipments do not occur on weekends nor holidays. Any delays due to high volume of orders will be informed within the 2 business days to the customer via registered email or cellphone.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once order is processed, customer will receive Shipment Tracking Number via registered email or cellphone.

Customs, duties and taxes

Hand Matters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Hand Matters is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Hand Matters ships only within the United States. International Shipping is not available for the moment.
