Cala Teddy Bear
Small Scandinavian-style teddy bear, made of cloth. Analía, Claudia, and Yesica are seamstresses and neighborhood friends who gather scraps of fabric to design and produce these comfort dolls for kids. Their creative process is filled with laughter and shared stories.
"Fundación Formar" works with promising entrepreneurs that come from vulnerable backgrounds. Their mission is to help these hardworking and determined individuals to become employable. Their main challenge is expanding deeper into the poorer neighborhoods of Buenos Aires.
- Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipments do not occur on weekends nor holidays. Any delays due to high volume of orders will be informed within the 2 business days to the customer via registered email or cellphone.
- Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once order is processed, customer will receive Shipment Tracking Number via registered email or cellphone.
- Customs, duties and taxes
Hand Matters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Damages
Hand Matters is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Hand Matters ships only within the United States. International Shipping is not available for the moment.
