These rugs are made from 100% pure sheep wool and natural dyes from Santiago del Estero, crafted by rural women using traditional flat weaving techniques. Each piece takes 60 hours to complete and reflects the region’s cultural heritage.

- Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipments do not occur on weekends nor holidays. Any delays due to high volume of orders will be informed within the 2 business days to the customer via registered email or cellphone.

Once order is processed, customer will receive Shipment Tracking Number via registered email or cellphone.
- Customs, duties and taxes
Hand Matters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Hand Matters is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
